warm welcome convenient amenities complimentary shuttle spacious room

the staff offered a warm welcome and efficient service throughout the stay. i found the variety of amenities, including three well kept pools and a fully equipped 24-hour gym, very convenient. the hotel provided a complimentary shuttle service to the private beach area. the spacious room featured a full-sized tub, a separate shower, and a balcony.

the breakfast area became a bit crowded during peak hours. it was sometimes difficult to find an available table immediately. this situation caused a slight delay in starting the day.

The team always offered helpful and kind service. Staff members were consistently available and willing to help with any questions. i noticed arya providing excellent service by the pool. the prompt attention really enhanced the experience.

the breakfast offered a wide selection of choices.. they accommodated various dietary needs. the staff provided constant support and attention. the shuttle service to the beach and bali collection was very convenient.

the tv did not have internet capabilities.

wonderful experience

several pools 24-hour gym beautiful backdrop shuttle service

i appreciated the resort had several pools available . the 24-hour gym included saunas, so i was able to maintain my fitness routine. the gardens are amazing and offered a beautiful backdrop. a shuttle service to the beach made beach access convenient.

professional staff sumptuous breakfast dirty room cockroach problem

The staff was very cute and professional. The breakfast had a nice spread and was sumptuous (I enjoyed the variety!). The swimming pools was great.

I found that the rooms weren't cleaned properly. Crumbs were left on the table. I found cockroaches in the bathroom (that was not pleasant).

great hotel for family

helpful staff multiple pools great choice

i loved the staff. they were helpful and quick. the multiple pools allow the family to enjoy from morning to night. all meals are easily accessible from the various hotel restaurants. the breakfast choice was great.

the rooms cleanliness was not maintained well. sheets were only changed every three days. some insects were found in the bathroom. the tv lacked internet access, a bad experience.
